Our instructors have a combined 35 years of teaching experience, and fuse traditional technique and pedagogy with modern adaptive approaches to learning and playing.

Jennifer Dutiel and Kevin Holland have a combined 40 years of teaching experience, 60 years of playing experience, a sense of humor, and a love of all things musical.
Kevin offers private music lessons online. Whether you’re searching for basic to advanced guitar instruction, music theory and composition lessons, an understanding of music synthesis and sound engineering, or live looping performance, he has you covered.
Jennifer offers classical and contemporary piano lessons online to select beginner through advanced students. She has an extensive performance background, and offers instruction to a wide range of students, including those with special needs.

Music can be a demanding endeavor. No matter your skill level, there is always more to learn. In this way, studying music and becoming proficient on an instrument will enrich your life, for your entire life. Music celebrates your joys, and offers solace through your darkest times.
But hey, it’s about the most fun thing out there, too. If you’re not having a good time, why do it? We aim to instruct our students to be the absolute best they can be, using pedagogy and techniques that have proven to yield the greatest success for hundreds of years. But we’re modern musicians, too. We adapt. We won’t limit you to one style, one approach, one perspective on music. We strive to instill in you the ability to create your own voice. We want you to be you, not a carbon copy of everyone else. We may get you into Bartok and Hendrix, but you’ll be the one taking their stuff to the next level.
